Level Design Contest at MXDSoft
Anonymous writes "The folks at MXDSoft have started their first level design contest. And no! it is not one of those 3D level design contests for a First Person Shooter game! Entrants have to design "rooms", for the action/puzzle game, The Magic Seal. The contest is open for everyone, even for those who don't own the game. The first prize for the contest is $100!

Check it out here... http://www.themagicseal.com/contest.html

The Magic Seal is game where you are a prince looking for his kidnapped son in the palace of an evil wizard. The palace has lots of rooms, and you have to move from a room to the other looking for your son. There are several challenges in the palace. Monsters, traps, puzzles, and so on... But, the real strength of the game is its puzzles. They are really challenging. The focus of the contest is puzzle rooms, actually. There are several elements available for building the rooms, like wood boxes, metal boxes, laser turrets, conveyor belts, doors and so on... Can you combine those to create the most innovative room? May be it is worth a try, you may discover the hidden talents you never thought you had!!"
